Neiguan PC6
Turn your palm upward. Find the wrist crease, then move about three finger-widths toward your elbow. PC6 is near the center of the inner forearm, usually between two prominent tendons.

Shenmen HT7
Turn your palm upward. Follow the wrist crease toward the little-finger side. Feel for the prominent tendon there. HT7 sits on the wrist crease in the small hollow just to the thumb-side of that tendon.

Yintang EX-HN3
Find the inner end of each eyebrow. Yintang is the midpoint between them, on the centerline of your forehead.

Fengchi GB20
Place your fingertips at the base of your skull. Move slightly outward from the center of your neck and feel for the soft hollow where the neck muscles meet the skull. GB20 is in that hollow on each side.

Houxi SI3
Make a loose fist. On the little-finger side of your hand, find the crease that reaches the outer edge of your palm just behind the little-finger knuckle. SI3 sits in the small hollow at the end of that crease, just toward the wrist from the knuckle.

Zusanli ST36
Sit comfortably with your knee bent. ST36 is on the front-outside of your lower leg, below the knee. As a rough guide, its level is often around four of your own finger-widths below the lower edge of the kneecap.

Zanzhu BL2
Find the inner end of each eyebrow. With a fingertip, feel the bony edge there for a small hollow or notch. BL2 sits in that hollow at the inner end of the eyebrow.
