A GENTLE INTRODUCTION
Care begins with a pause.
Acupressure uses touch at traditionally described points on the body. Here, it starts with comfort and curiosity.
1. Get comfortable
Sit somewhere supported. Let your shoulders relax. This is your time; there is no need to rush.
2. Find the point
Read the location draft. Current artwork is illustrative only. If you are unsure, skip pressure and rest your hands.
3. Keep it gentle
Pressure should never hurt. Breathe naturally and release if you feel discomfort, tingling, or numbness. You can pause or stop at any point.
4. Notice, without judging
The session engine supports Better, About the same, or Worse check-ins. Guided practice includes safety checks; each reflection helps you notice your own experience. It does not measure a medical outcome.
Tradition and evidence
Traditional use is separate from evidence of effectiveness. Point pages label these separately and show review status. This preview has not been clinically reviewed.
